What You’ll Be Doing Supporting our Delivery Consultants on live contract searches across multiple life sciences disciplines. Sourcing, engaging and qualifying candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking and referrals. Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the process. Using social media and talent-mapping tools to identify niche skills and emerging market talent. Maintaining accurate ATS and CRM records, ensuring compliance with recruitment processes.
