We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential home in Shrewsbury supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and complex needs.

The Role

As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, management and development of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing strong leadership and direction to the staff team, ensuring high-quality, child-centred care is delivered at all times. Creating a safe, warm and supportive home environment where young people feel valued, respected and able to achieve positive outcomes. Acting as a champion for safeguarding, ensuring all practices align with Children’s Home Regulations and safeguarding legislation.
