Residential Conveyancer
Location: Newcastle
A well-established and busy city-centre residential conveyancing team is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to become a valued part of its growing department.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Residential Conveyancer to join a dynamic team where quality, efficiency and exceptional client service are at the focus.
Key Responsibilities
- \n
- Residential Conveyancer to manage a caseload of Conveyancing files with minimal supervision
- Handle complex transactions, including leasehold, remortgage, transfer of equity, Help to Buy, new builds, shared ownership, company purchases and auctions
- Review title reports and sign off files for exchange
- Meet billing and time-recording targets
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Contribute to business development and process improvements
- Ensure compliance through regular file reviews
Person Specification
- \n
- Residential Conveyancer with around 4+ years' experience
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Excellent client service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines
- Professional, proactive and collaborative approach
Team & Support
The role sits within a large, friendly property department offering full administrative support, including a personal assistant, a client relationship coordinator and a post-completion assistant.
