Bell Cornwall Recruitment are working with one of the Midlands leading law firms supporting their search for an experienced Residential Conveyancer.

The firm specialises in working with property developers both large and small through the whole development process from site acquisition, site set up, development, plot sales & part exchange.

Their clients range from small local developers with a small number of units to sell to large national developers with hundreds of units being released at a time.

If you are an experienced Residential Conveyancer and have experience of…

Liaising with developer clients on a daily basis - chasing for information and documentation.
Preparing contract packs
Setting up legal packs
Handling pre-contract enquiries
Managing exchange of contracts
Preparing Bills.
Undertaking Land Registry ApplicationsOur client is particulalrly interested in speaking to experienced Residential Conveyancer with Part Exchange experience.
