Typically, this person will play a crucial role within the business, working closely with the sales and service teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across sales coordination and administrative functions.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Sales Coordinator:
Ordering specific items from business channels across the globe
Managing import and export processes and documentation
Arranging shipping of items, primarily across the UK, to customers and field engineers
Acting as a pro-active and interactive account manager for selected business accounts
Supporting wider business administration and coordination tasks
Assisting with company audits, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Qualifications and Requirements for the Sales Coordinator: Previous experience in a sales support, coordination, or administrative role
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent attention to detail, particularly with documentation and processes
Good communication skills and ability to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholder
Ability to drive due to the location of the business
