Typically, this person will play a crucial role within the business, working closely with the sales and service teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across sales coordination and administrative functions.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Sales Coordinator:
  • Ordering specific items from business channels across the globe
  • Managing import and export processes and documentation
  • Arranging shipping of items, primarily across the UK, to customers and field engineers
  • Acting as a pro-active and interactive account manager for selected business accounts
  • Supporting wider business administration and coordination tasks
  • Assisting with company audits, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Qualifications and Requirements for the Sales Coordinator:
  • Previous experience in a sales support, coordination, or administrative role
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, particularly with documentation and processes
  • Good communication skills and ability to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholder
  • Ability to drive due to the location of the business
