Opportunity:
You’ll join a growing London team, working alongside experienced leadership and a high-performing group of SDRs and AEs.
This is a pure outbound role, focused on building pipeline across mid-market and enterprise accounts (3,000+ employees).
You’ll be targeting senior stakeholders including marketing and commercial leadership, using creative, strategic outreach rather than high-volume activity.
You’ll also be part of shaping messaging, testing new approaches, and contributing to how the team scales — ideal for someone who wants impact, not just activity.
Your Role:
- Research, identify, and engage senior prospects across enterprise organisations
- Run personalised outbound campaigns across email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Build pipeline through strategic prospecting and multi-threading accounts
- Run A/B testing on messaging and outreach to improve performance
- Partner with AEs and leadership to refine messaging and targeting
- Track activity and pipeline using modern GTM tools
- Contribute ideas to outreach strategy and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with global teams to share insights and best practices
What You Bring:
- Experience in an SDR/BDR or high-performance sales role (typically 6–18 months+)
- Strong work ethic and ambition to succeed in a target-driven environment
- Curiosity and willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced setting
- Confidence engaging senior stakeholders
- A proactive mindset with the ability to think independently
- Interest in AI, technology, or enterprise sales
High-potential candidates from other sales backgrounds (e.g. estate agency) or strong graduates with evidence of drive are also encouraged to apply.
