What You'll Be Doing:
Planning and delivering engaging, tailored lessons that respond to the unique needs and interests of each student Creating a calm, structured, and positive classroom environment that encourages both learning and emotional growth Collaborating with our passionate, multi-disciplinary team of specialists to provide holistic support for each student Fostering social skills, independence, and confidence while nurturing a sense of belonging within the school community Continuously assessing progress and adapting your teaching approach to ensure every child's success

What We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification Experience in working with primary-aged children with autism, learning difficulties, or other SEN needs A compassionate, patient, and creative approach to teaching Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with students and their families A collaborative, flexible mindset and a passion for supporting children's development and well-being
