What You'll Be Doing:
Creating Tailored Learning Experiences: Design and deliver dynamic lessons that are adapted to the needs of each student, making learning exciting and accessible for everyone. Building Confidence: Support students' social and emotional development, helping them gain independence and build self-confidence. Collaborating with Experts: Work closely with a passionate team of teachers, therapists, and support staff to ensure every child's unique needs are met. Tracking Progress: Monitor students' achievements and adjust your approach to ensure each child is constantly challenged and encouraged to succeed. Making a Real Impact: Celebrate the small wins and big breakthroughs with your students, knowing that you are changing their future for the better.
What We're Looking For:
A Passion for SEN Education: You're excited to support children with autism and other SEN needs and know how to make a difference in their educational journey. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification. Experience in SEN: You've worked with primary-aged children and have a solid understanding of how to support them in a way that suits their unique needs. A Creative, Adaptive Approach: You know how to engage and inspire students with different learning styles and can make every lesson exciting and fun! A Team Player: You're ready to work closely with a multidisciplinary team, learning from others and sharing your expertise. Empathy and Patience: You understand the importance of creating a safe and nurturing environment for your students to thrive.
