Job Title: Senior Block Manager Location: Knightsbridge, London Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 per annum Start Date: ASAP Hours: Flexible, Full Time, 40 hours per week Overview: We're seeking an experienced and personable Senior Block Manager to take ownership of a well-established portfolio comprising 30 residential blocks (approx. 500 units total) . All sites are unmanned , so the role focuses heavily on compliance , leaseholder liaison , and major works coordination . You'll be based from the Pavilion Club in Knightsbridge , offering a prestigious and inspiring workspace, where you'll independently manage your portfolio with full autonomy and flexibility. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on autonomy, enjoys building relationships with residents and directors, and is meticulous with time management and organisation.
