Position Summary: The Senior Block Residential Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and long-term operational success of a residential development or estate. This includes overseeing building operations, managing on-site staff and contractors, ensuring resident satisfaction, and maintaining the property to the highest standards. The role involves financial oversight, service charge budgeting, compliance with health and safety legislation, and acting as the primary point of contact for residents and leaseholders. Key Responsibilities: Property Operations Oversee the maintenance, safety, and presentation of the building(s), ensuring communal areas and infrastructure are well-maintained.
