About Rad Studio :

Rad Studio is the creative and production arm of Rad Media, building culturally intelligent ideas for the world’s most relevant brands. We sit at the intersection of fashion, youth culture, media and community, developing creative campaigns, content ecosystems and brand worlds that move at the speed of culture.

The Role :

We’re looking for a Senior Creative to help define and elevate the creative output of Rad Studio.

This role is for someone who understands fashion, youth culture and the internet, and knows how to translate that understanding into sharp ideas, standout executions and culturally relevant storytelling. You will have a strong Art Direction background with a proven track record delivering elevated, social-first work for luxury brands. You’ll also possess a deep understanding of the youth publishing landscape.

You will lead creative development across brand campaigns, content franchises and new business pitches.


Core tasks and duties :


Creative Concepting

  • Develop bold, culturally intelligent campaign ideas
  • Build creative platforms, not just one-off executions
  • Respond to briefs with sharp strategic thinking and originality
  • Turn insights into ideas that feel native to culture and the internet

Executional Oversight

  • Lead art direction and oversee copy direction where needed
  • Work closely with Production to ensure creative excellence in execution
  • Direct shoots and oversee post-production
  • Maintain high visual and narrative standards

Cultural Intelligence

  • Stay ahead of shifts in fashion, music, internet and youth culture
  • Identify emerging formats, creators and conversations
  • Ensure our output feels current and not reactive

Pitching and Creative Leadership

  • Present creative confidently to clients
  • Contribute to new business and proactive ideas
  • Help shape Rad Studio’s creative point of view

Collaboration

  • Work closely with Strategy, Production and Partnership teams
  • Mentor midweight creatives and freelancers
  • Contribute to the overall creative culture of the studio



The successful candidate :

  • Will possess strong awareness of the worlds of fashion, luxury lifestyle, streetwear, and their trends.
  • Will possess strong awareness of emerging designers, creatives and talent
  • Will have thorough understanding of all current social media platforms, especially of interest to Gen-Z such as TikTok and understand how to use these social platforms for commercial purposes
  • Will have 6–10 years’ experience in a creative agency, media brand or cultural platform
  • Will have a strong portfolio of campaign work (fashion, culture, lifestyle, entertainment preferred)
  • Will posses a deep understanding of Gen Z / Gen Alpha audiences
  • Will demonstrate strong conceptual thinking and taste level
  • Will be confident presenting ideas internally and externally
  • Will possess experience across content, social, digital and talent-led formats
  • Will have a sharp eye for internet-native storytelling
  • Has professional mannerisms to deal with talent, clients, vendors and contractors



Skills :

  • Able to work in an extremely fast-paced environment under high pressure
  • Excellent design skills
  • Can make critical decisions regarding creative solutions
  • Reviews regular progress reports and ensure they’re met
  • Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships
  • Able to adapt editing and writing style for different purposes
  • Outstanding skills in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe, Premiere Pro, etc.
  • Ability to edit short form videos would be a bonus
  • Outstanding organisational skills
  • Confidence in taking control of a creative project
  • Able to take initiative and pitch original ideas
  • Well-developed time management skills
  • Creative and innovative thinker
  • Well developed project management and production skills
