The Opportunity
Our client, one of Londons leading high-end event caterers, is looking to recruit a Senior Event Manager. Reporting directly to the MD, this is a pivotal role responsible for delivering exceptional, large-scale events across some of Londons most prestigious venues.
This position offers genuine scope to influence operational excellence, shape client experiences, and lead from the front within a fast-paced, premium environment.

The Role
As the Senior Event Manager, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-profile eventsfrom initial planning through to execution. You will operate at the centre of each event, working collaboratively with clients, internal teams, and external suppliers to ensure seamless delivery, consistently exceeding expectations. This is a hands-on, multi-site role , requiring proven experience managing events across multiple venues.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning & execution of events across multiple venues
Oversee all operational logistics, ensuring seamless and consistent delivery
Act as the primary client contact, building strong and lasting relationships
Manage event budgets, ensuring commercial viability
Collaborate closely with culinary, sales, and logistics teams
Conduct site visits and oversee event preparation
Provide strong leadership, mentor, develop, and inspire the teams
Drive continuous improvement across processes, service delivery, and efficiency
About You
Proven experience delivering high-end events within venues or catering environments
Demonstrable multi-site or multi-venue operational experience (essential)
A confident, hands-on leader with the ability to perform under pressure
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Commercially astute, with good budget management capability
Excellent client-facing skills and relationship management experience
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Polished, professional, and an effective communicator at all levels
Passionate about the events industry and committed to delivering excellence
Important
Only candidates with multi-venue or multi-site experience will be considered for this role.
