Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to deliver strategic HR support across global trading divisions.
• Lead on talent development initiatives, with a focus on early careers and campus programmes.
• Provide expert guidance on UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Support organisational change and M&A activity in line with the firm’s growth trajectory.
• Drive talent management strategies in high-volume, high-performance environments.
• Collaborate with the Global Head of HR to shape and implement people strategies.

Experience

• Demonstrable experience in HR, with a strong background in business partnering.
• Proven ability to operate independently and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced setting.
• Commercially astute, with a deep understanding of business drivers and HR’s strategic role.
• Exposure to M&A and organisational change initiatives.
• Proficiency in French or Spanish is a plus, though not essential.
