Senior National Account Manager - London - £70-80k - Personal Care, Global FMCG


The Role & Business

Our client (a global, rapidly growing, purpose-driven FMCG business) is looking for a commercially astute SNAM to head up the expansion of an arm of their personal care division (Hair & Beauty) in the UK. This role will be leading on the expansion of current brands, and the launch of new ones into the UK market over the next 18-36 months.


You'll be commercially minded, skilled in negotiation and will ideally have experience dealing with top grocers & retailers within the personal care category.


You'll be:

  • Building and sustaining strong relationships across retailers and distributors
  • Owning and growing existing UK-based brands
  • Driving expansion through negotiation of new & white-space opportunities
  • Confident with delivering strong customer sales presentations and strategies, along with leading customer negotiations and owning JBP delivery
  • Partnering closely with global teams internally
  • Setting sales objectives
  • Building and refining JBPs and P&Ls to deliver on growth


You'll need:

  • Experience managing top 4 retailers in a SNAM capacity or equivalent
  • Previous high-level consumer goods experience
  • Excellent commercial skills and proven experience driving business growth
  • Experience within the personal care category
