With 35+ delivery teams, multiple concurrent deployments, and a rapidly evolving technology stack, we need to elevate how we govern and deliver across our global portfolio.This role exists to bring discipline, clarity, and predictability at enterprise scale, ensuring that commitments are realistic, capacity‑backed, and aligned to strategic priorities.What makes this role exciting is the level of influence and visibility: you will operate at the centre of our technology organisation, shaping how decisions are made and how we scale delivery globally.In your first 90 days, success means establishing a single, trusted portfolio view, aligning stakeholders on capacity and priorities, and creating the conditions for confident, data‑driven decision‑making across leadership.Key Accountabilities and DutiesPortfolio Strategy & Delivery IntegrityOwn and maintain a single, integrated view of the enterprise portfolio.Ensure all commitments are realistic, capacity‑backed, and strategically aligned.Drive portfolio sequencing and surface trade‑offs to protect delivery outcomes.Safeguard delivery predictability and executive confidence.Demand & Capacity GovernanceLead structured intake, validation, and prioritisation of all portfolio demand.Align demand with available capacity, ensuring transparency of constraints.Identify and address capacity risks early, enabling proactive resourcing decisions.Prevent unmanaged or unvalidated work entering delivery.Dependency & Risk ManagementOversee cross‑team and cross‑product dependencies across the portfolio.Identify and mitigate systemic risks impacting multiple initiatives.Provide a clear, integrated view of portfolio risks, issues, and interdependencies.Reduce delivery friction through proactive coordination and visibility.Executive Insight & Portfolio LeadershipOwn executive‑level reporting, ensuring clarity on progress, risks, and trade‑offs.Enable data‑driven decision‑making at senior leadership level.Establish and evolve portfolio governance standards, tools, and practices.Build and lead a high‑performing portfolio capability.Minimum Experience & QualificationsProven experience leading enterprise portfolio governance in complex, technology‑driven organisations, ideally at scale (30+ teams).Strong understanding of portfolio management methodologies and capacity modelling within Agile and hybrid environments.Demonstrated experience managing demand control, commitment validation and cross‑programme sequencing.Experience operating within regulated or high‑accountability environments.Proven capability supporting executive governance forums and shaping strategic trade‑offs.Experience working across Product, Engineering, Delivery and HR to align governance and resourcing models.Experience in the gaming, lottery or similarly regulated sectors is advantageous.Relevant certifications (e.g. MoP, MSP, SAFe LPM, PMP) are desirable.Required CompetencesStrong leadership presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.Exceptional analytical thinking and structured problem‑solving.Ability to bring clarity and discipline to complex, ambiguous environments.Excellent communication skills, translating data into clear insights.High accountability and ownership mindset.Resilience and adaptability in fast‑paced, high‑visibility environments.Unlock the Benefits-Discover What's in for you:Be part of a dynamic team with enthusiastic experts that will support your talent and growth.Embark on a journey within a diverse environment full of opportunities and challenges.Comprehensive onboarding experience designed to facilitate your smooth transition.Attractive salary and a bonus plan.Health and life insurance for you.Well‑being allowance.Developmental 360° feedback framework.Extensive leave plan.Enjoyable and stable working environment.Flexible working arrangements.Modern workspace environment.Apple equipment and top‑notch office technology to support our hybrid working.Allwyn is an Equal Opportunity Employer which prides itself in being diverse and inclusive.
