Our client, established in 1996, provides flexible and accessible finance to SMEs across the UK. Over the past 20+ years, they have grown into one of the country's largest independent finance houses, delivering innovative finance solutions through teamwork and technology.

They are now seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist for a 4-month contract to support their growth plans and lead the selection and implementation of a new core business system. This critical project aims to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and support their ambitious expansion.

The successful candidate will:

Role responsibilities

  1. Develop procurement strategy and plan for system selection
  2. Lead RFI/RFP development and evaluate vendors
  3. Negotiate contracts and ensure FCA compliance
  4. Act as procurement lead and main contact for internal stakeholders
  5. Manage risk and conduct due diligence
  6. Support project delivery alongside the Programme Manager
