The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the definition, execution, and continuous evolution of our core product experience.

As one of our earliest hires, you’ll work directly with the Director of Tech Innovation and collaborate with a tightly-knit team of engineers, designers, and data scientists. You’ll play a critical role in turning our ambitious vision into structured, shippable, user-loved features.

What You’ll Work On

• Translate company vision into a clear product roadmap and outcome-driven plans
• Define and own MVP scope, iterative milestones, and success criteria
• Work across disciplines to align engineering, design, and data toward product goals
• Gather insights from users, prototypes, and metrics to make smart decisions fast
• Build repeatable rituals: sprint planning, feature prioritisation, retros, testing
• Champion a user-first, fast-moving product culture from the ground up

Product Experience

• 6+ years of product management experience
• 2+ years in a lead or senior PM role with ownership of consumer product roadmap
• Launched mobile-first products with a high standard for UX and performance
• Comfortable with zero-to-one product challenges and fast iteration
• Able to work with technical teams, including engineering and ML/CV groups
