Senior Product Manager – KYC

About the role

Lead the vision and roadmap for partner verification and onboarding, simplifying compliance while enabling partners to thrive. Operate at the intersection of regulatory compliance, user experience, and scalability, turning complex legal requirements into seamless, partner-friendly journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end KYC product strategy: verification, monitoring, and reassessment
• Translate regulatory and legal requirements into intuitive, low-friction workflows
• Lead cross-functional execution with Legal, Compliance, Design, and Engineering teams
• Build global solutions adaptable to local regulatory nuances
• Define success metrics for partner conversion, risk reduction, and operational efficiency
• Advocate for partners and internal users to ensure maximum value
• Monitor KYC/AML regulations and prepare the product for future trends

What you bring

• Extensive product management experience in complex, regulated domains
• Background in KYC, compliance, FinTech, or similar regulated environments
• Systems thinking with attention to both detail and the big picture
• Ability to simplify complex workflows into frictionless experiences
