Senior Project Manager opportunity based in Manchester with a leading construction consultancy delivering high-profile projects across the UK. This Senior Project Manager role is ideal for a client-facing professional from a consultancy background who is chartered and confident leading complex schemes.\n\nAs a Senior Project Manager, you will work across diverse sectors including Occupier/Commercial, Local Government, Healthcare, Sport & Leisure, and Data Centres. The successful Senior Project Manager will be trusted to manage client relationships, lead project teams, and ensure projects are delivered to programme, budget, and quality standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager\n\nActing as lead Senior Project Manager on multiple construction projects\n\t\nManaging client relationships and stakeholder engagement\n\t\nFull project lifecycle delivery from feasibility through completion\n\t\nLeading consultants, contractors, and internal teams\n\t\nProducing reports, programmes, and risk management strategies\n\nRequirements of the Senior Project Manager\n\nProven experience as a Senior Project Manager within a construction consultancy\n\t\nChartered status (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM or equivalent)\n\t\nStrong client-facing and stakeholder management skills\n\t\nExperience across commercial, public sector or healthcare projects\n\nOn offer for the Senior Project Manager\n\n£60,000 – £65,000 salary\n\t\n25 days annual leave\n\t\n5% pension contribution\n\t\nAdditional flexible benefit\n\nHow to Apply\n\nPlease follow the instructions to apply, or for further information, contact Rees Allan at Conrad Consulting
