The Role

This is a Senior Consultant position, but we don’t box people in with job titles.

For the right person, this will be built around you - but typically:

  • You’ll run a warm, active 360 desk
  • Have full ownership of your market
  • Be backed with strong tools, clients, and delivery support
  • Start positioning yourself towards Team Lead / Management


Who This Is For

You’ve got experience in 360 recruitment and you:

  • Know you could be billing more in the right environment
  • Want proper earning potential (not just talk of it)
  • Are tired of being managed on activity instead of results

Construction experience helps - but performance matters more.
