We are hiring experienced, growth-minded recruitment consultants looking to propel their career, whether that be into a management role or as a top billing IC. Our progression opportunities are limitless, which is why we are looking for self-drivers who will make this role their own.

The Role:

• You will establish yourself as an expert in a specific niche of the Web 3, Crypto and Blockchain space. This means building your knowledge and growing your own patch.
• Approach and win new business for yourself and Plexus, this can be face-to-face but predominantly phone based as we are fully global.
• Nurture and build long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Negotiate terms of business, salaries and packages and curate job specifications with clients.
• Either source candidates yourself, or rely on our delivery team to do so.
• Opportunity to collaborate with our marketer to create a personal brand.
• Pathways to management, international relocation, and directorship available.
