A proven Construction SaaS platform with established global enterprise customers is entering its next phase of UK growth. They are now building their first dedicated enterprise new business function


Your Role

You'll be focused on winning net new enterprise clients across Tier 1/2 construction companies in the UK. Historically, growth has been driven by inbound demand. The next phase is drive and grow: strategic net-new enterprise sales.


The product is already deployed across 1,000+ global projects with strong retention and low churn. Now the focus is on proactive enterprise expansion.


You will have the autonomy to strategically target and develop major accounts without restrictive territory limitations or internal competition. This is about intelligent enterprise expansion, opening doors, winning new logos, and building long-term strategic accounts.

What You Bring

• 5+ years’ Enterprise SaaS new business experience

• Experience selling into Construction, Build or Infrastructure

• Consistent track record of closing six-figure ARR deals

• Confidence managing 6–12 month multi-stakeholder sales cycles

• Executive-level communication and negotiation skills

• A proactive, strategic hunter mentality


Your Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and close new enterprise opportunities within Tier 1/2 contractors

• Manage complex enterprise sales cycles end-to-end

• Maintain strong pipeline coverage and disciplined forecasting

• Contribute market insight to refine enterprise positioning


Skills for Success

• Strategic territory planning and account penetration

Commercial acumen and resilience

Ability to proactively open doors within enterprise clients

Structured enterprise sales methodology experience, such as MEDDIC or Challenger

Strong CRM discipline and forecasting accuracy
