Overview:
Step into one of Londons most iconic corporate headquarters, where hospitality is as diverse as the people it serves. At the campus, the dining experience spans fine dining, premium meeting rooms, client events, executive hospitality, and the upcoming Level 18 lounge bar and showcase spaces.
As Senior Sous Chef, youll be part of the leadership team driving excellence across every outlet -switching seamlessly between Michelin-style plated dishes, high-end events, refined buffets, delicate pastries, and day-to-day corporate hospitality. This is a role for a chef who thrives on variety, leads with calm confidence, and delivers consistency at scale. Its perfect for someone who takes pride in shaping memorable experiences, values diversity in both cuisine and culture, and enjoys being at the centre of a world-class hospitality operation.
Responsibilities:
Support the Executive Chef in leading all hospitality kitchens across the building.
Lead daily service for:
Premium meeting-room hospitality
Boardroom dining & executive lunches
Events (canapés, hot fork, buffets, plated menus)
Launch of Level 18s deli, lounge bar and premium offer
Maintain Michelin-level mise en place standards, cleanliness, organisation and documentation.
Train, coach and motivate the brigade to deliver a consistent, high-end food standard.
Help develop menus, host tastings and support seasonal innovation.
Manage ordering, stock control, GP targets and waste reduction in line with ISS processes.
Work collaboratively with FOH, client teams and central ISS support functions.
Requirements:
Experience in Michelin-starred, AA Rosette, 5* hotel or equivalent premium operations.
Confident leading teams and running a kitchen during the Executive Chefs absence.
Comfortable working in multiple styles of cookery across the day.
Strong understanding of food safety, allergens and compliance documentation.
Professional, calm and solutions-focused.
Most importantly: a can-do attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow
