The Opportunity
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable face customers rely on. You’ll guide them through every stage of their service journey — from booking to collection — ensuring they feel informed, valued, and confident in the care their vehicle receives.

What You’ll Be Doing

Acting as the key link between customers and the workshop
Greeting customers, managing check-ins, and providing clear updates throughout
Handling follow-ups to build strong, lasting relationships
Completing admin tasks accurately and efficiently
Advising customers on maintenance, repairs, and future vehicle needs
Ensuring every customer leaves with a positive experience

Customer service experience is essential; automotive experience is a bonus
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator who can manage their own workload
Calm, professional approach when handling queries or challenges
