Key Responsibilities Lead and manage service delivery and operational performance

Oversee team leadership, coaching, and performance management

Manage service budgets, forecasts, and financial compliance

Drive service improvement, innovation, and efficiency

Monitor performance indicators and service outcomes

Build strong relationships with internal teams, stakeholders, and partners

Support strategic planning and deputise for senior leadership when required

Requirements Experience in service management or operational leadership

Strong background in performance management and service improvement

Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills

Educated to Degree Level and/or experience relevant to the post
