Lynx Employment Services are recruiting for an experienced Service Manager to oversee service delivery, performance, and improvement within a key service area in Sheffield.

• Lead and manage service delivery and operational performance

• Oversee team leadership, coaching, and performance management

• Manage service budgets, forecasts, and financial compliance

• Drive service improvement, innovation, and efficiency

• Monitor performance indicators and service outcomes

• Build strong relationships with internal teams, stakeholders, and partners

• Support strategic planning and deputise for senior leadership when required

• Experience in service management or operational leadership

• Strong background in performance management and service improvement

  Experience managing budgets and teams

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills

• Educated to Degree Level and/or experience relevant to the post

This role may require flexibility for occasional meetings outside standard working hours.
