We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our client’s dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to support business processes and IT service management.
Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer (minimum 2–3 years). Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, Incident, Problem, Change Management . Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting . Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs). Understanding of ITIL processes. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Desirable Skills ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS). Experience with Service Portal and Flow Designer . Knowledge of ITOM, HRSD, or CSM modules .
Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field Development experience with programming languages SQL database or relational database skills
