Freelance Site Manager - Industrial Refurbishment - Leeds\n\nPSR is partnering with a leading contractor seeking an experienced Site Manager for an industrial refurbishment project in Leeds on a freelance basis. This role will focus on floor slab works and internal fit-outs, perfect for candidates with proven experience delivering refurbishment projects in industrial or commercial environments.\n\nKey Responsibilities & Requirements:\n\nPrevious experience with a Tier 1 or established main contractor\n\nManage day-to-day site operations with a focus on floor slab works, strip-out, partitions, ceilings, doors, finishes, and associated M&E packages\n\nCoordinate subcontractors, labour, and materials to ensure efficient workflows for internal and slab works\n\nMaintain high standards of quality, health & safety, and housekeeping\n\nEnsure works are delivered on programme, to drawings, and to specification\n\nMonitor quality control, snagging, and handover for internal and slab works\n\nLiaise with clients, design teams, and site teams as required\n\nFlexible to support site requirements, including occasional weekend work\n\nStrong attention to detail, organisational, and communication skills\n\nValid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager who thrives in industrial refurbishment environments and has hands-on experience with floor slab construction and internal works
