Hours: 08:30 - 15:00 Pay: £110 per day Start Date: ASAP

Spencer Clarke Group are currently recruiting a Teaching Assistant to work in a special school, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for a caring and dedicated individual who is passionate about supporting children in a specialist education setting.

The Role:

Supporting pupils with SEND on a 1:1 and small group basis

Assisting the class teacher with daily classroom activities

Supporting learning, behaviour, and emotional regulation

Helping to create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment

Working collaboratively with teachers and support staff

The Ideal Candidate:

Experience working with children with SEND or in a special school setting (desirable)

Patient, empathetic, and resilient approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Passion for making a difference in children's education

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
