The Role As a Sports Coach, you will work alongside teachers and pastoral staff to deliver structured, active sessions that help pupils develop resilience, focus, and social skills. Many of the pupils benefit from sport as a way to channel energy positively, improve behaviour, and learn teamwork. The successful Sports Coach will create a challenging but supportive environment where pupils can thrive and build confidence in both PE and daily school routines.
