We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Consultant to join our team as a Sr. Leadership Development Consultant. In this role, you will design and facilitate impactful experiences to support senior leadership teams, enhancing their performance, productivity, and shaping organizational culture.

This position allows you to deeply connect with clients’ businesses, facilitating team journeys that lead to innovative solutions. You will also support leadership development initiatives and provide executive coaching.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Translating customer needs into learning interventions and programs.
2. Designing customized, blended leadership development programs.
3. Delivering remote learning and leadership development programs.
4. Providing executive coaching, feedback coaching using CORE assessment tools, and training trainers for scaling.
5. Leveraging existing building blocks to create new programs.
6. Building professional relationships with clients.
7. Co-creating transformative team leadership development journeys.
8. Applying organizational change management approaches and tools.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience.
• University degree (Bachelor), preferably in Social Sciences; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Coaching Certification (ICF).
• Strong business acumen with experience working with senior leaders and developing cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in designing and facilitating team meetings, content, and materials.
• Experience consulting within organizations; experience with leadership assessment tools and models is advantageous.
• Ability to switch seamlessly between strategic planning and tactical execution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Growth mindset and willingness to develop expertise in key focus areas.
