We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Consultant to join our team as a Sr. Leadership Development Consultant. In this role, you will design and facilitate impactful experiences to support senior leadership teams in increasing performance, productivity, and shaping culture.

This role involves engaging deeply with clients’ businesses to facilitate team journeys that lead to innovative and impactful solutions. Responsibilities also include supporting leadership development initiatives and providing executive coaching.

Your contributions include:

1. Translating customer needs into learning interventions and programs.
2. Designing customized and blended leadership development programs on various topics.
3. Delivering learning and leadership development programs remotely.
4. Providing executive coaching and feedback using our CORE assessment products, as well as training trainers for scaling.
5. Leveraging existing building blocks to create new programs.
6. Building productive, professional relationships with clients.
7. Co-creating transformative team leadership development journeys.
8. Applying organizational change management approaches and tools.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences; Master's preferred.
• Coaching Certification (ICF).
• Strong business acumen working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in designing and facilitating effective team meetings and content.
• Experience with leadership assessment tools and models.
• Ability to handle strategic and tactical tasks seamlessly.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Growth mindset and eagerness to develop expertise in key focus areas.
