Our client, a global production company, are seeking a proactive and highly organised Global Production Team Assistant to support their international production team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in both the UK and Spain, collaborating with diverse teams and contributing to high-profile global projects. You'll help keep things running smoothly across shoots and projects, supporting with everything from scheduling and travel to on-set logistics and admin.
Responsibilities: Keep schedules, shoots, and assets on track Be on hand during shoots to solve problems and support the team Book travel, accommodation, gear, and locations Prep call sheets, production reports, and meeting notes Coordinate with vendors, partners, and clients Jump in on creative decks, research, and events when needed Manage supplies and keep everything organised
