We are recruiting a highly organised, polished and proactive Team Assistant/EA to support a dynamic investment team. This is a unique opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join a growing, globally-minded private equity firm based in London. The Team EA will be an integral part of a collaborative team operating at the cutting edge of growth, venture, and direct principal investing.

\nPosition: Team Assistant – Investment Team
\nSalary: £45,000 - £50,000
\nHybrid set up: Flexi working (3:2) (in-office presence required)

\nKey responsibilities for this Team Assistant position:

    \n\t
  • Provide diary and scheduling support to the investment team (2 leads + 6 team members)
  • \n\t
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements 
  • \n\t
  • Assist with meeting logistics, including calls, note-taking, room bookings, and catering
  • \n\t
  • Support with presentations, documents, and correspondence (formatting, proofreading)
  • \n\t
  • Assist the operations team with ad hoc projects
  • \n
\n\n

What background and experience are the company looking for?

  • Strong EA/administrative experience in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
  • \n\t
  • EA experience from Financial/Professional services
  • \n\t
  • Superb attention to detail and organisational skills
  • \n\t
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • \n\t
  • Ability to prioritise, multitask and work calmly under pressure
  • \n\t
  • Positive, proactive mindset with a professional and adaptable attitude
  • \n\t
  • Event coordination or project support experience is a bonus
  • \n
