Description

Provide comprehensive administrative support to MD and Senior Executive. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments effectively. Organise travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and transport. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required. Support within Projects and ad-hoc tasks. Handle confidential information with utmost professionalism and discretion. Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the executives. Support the smooth operation of the office by ordering supplies and resources. Assist with ad hoc tasks to ensure the efficiency of the department.Profile

A successful Temporary Executive Assistant should have:

Proven experience in a similar administrative or executive support role. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to be flexible. Proficiency in office software, including word processing and spreadsheets. Attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively.
