Must haves
- Proven experience in sales or recruitment
- Confident communication skills with a relationship led approach
- Motivated and target driven mindset
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload
- Collaborative attitude and commitment to team success
Nice to haves
- Previous experience within temporary recruitment or 360 recruitment
- Experience working in a fast paced, KPI driven environment
What will you be doing?
- Building and developing a temporary recruitment desk
- Managing relationships with both clients and candidates
- Identifying new business opportunities while growing existing accounts
- Managing the full recruitment process from initial brief through to placement
- Ensuring a high standard of service and candidate experience
- Working closely with colleagues to support the continued growth of the division
