Account Manager - Water Hygiene Equipment Sales\n\nSalary: £45,000-£53,000 basic (DOE) + car allowance + commission + bonus\n Location: London & South East (field-based)\n\nA well-established water hygiene and compliance business is recruiting an experienced Account Manager to join its equipment sales division. This Account Manager role focuses on managing existing client relationships while driving new water hygiene equipment sales across London and the South East.\n\nAs an Account Manager, you will work closely with M&E consultants, contractors, and project teams to promote and supply water hygiene solutions. You will be responsible for securing product specifications, managing opportunities through the sales cycle, and converting projects into orders.

Strong relationship management and technical understanding are key to success in this Account Manager position.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n\nManaging and growing an existing client base as an Account Manager\nDeveloping new water hygiene sales opportunities\nSecuring specifications and progressing projects to site\nAttending client meetings and delivering presentations\nNegotiating commercial terms while protecting margins\nLiaising with internal engineering and operations teams\nMaintaining knowledge of water hygiene regulations (ACoP L8, HSG274, HTM 04-01)Requirements:\n\nMinimum 5 years' experience as an Account Manager or in business development\nBackground in water hygiene, construction, M&E, or building services\nStrong communication and relationship-building skillsPackage includes: competitive salary, car allowance, commission, bonus, pension, healthcare, and 22 days' holiday plus bank holidays.\n\nApply now or contact Mollie Caswell at Penguin Recruitment for more information
