Commercial Associate - Hotels & Brands

In this role, you will work closely with retail and consumer brands operating across the hotels, hospitality, and leisure sectors. The position offers a broad range of business‑to‑business commercial work, including supporting clients on diverse routes to market such as e‑commerce and direct‑to‑consumer models. You will also have the opportunity to advise brands in other key areas for the team, including luxury retail, wellness-focused businesses, and food and beverage.


What You'll Bring

  • 3-5 years post‑qualification experience.
  • Strong experience and knowledge of drafting commercial agreements in the hotels and hospitality sector, including franchising, hotel management agreements, food and beverage outsourcing/licensing arrangements, and the financing and supply‑chain structures that support hospitality businesses.
  • Proven ability in drafting core commercial agreements, such as novations, amendments, licence agreements, and service agreements.
