Document Controller - £45,000-£50,000

A leading residential developer is seeking an experienced Document Controller to support two live construction projects in North West London (Zone 2). This is a site-based role, offering the opportunity to work closely with project teams on high-profile developments.

The Role Working across two sites, you will take full ownership of document control processes, ensuring accurate management, distribution, and compliance of project documentation. You'll play a key role in maintaining efficient information flow between internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain all project documentation using Procore Ensure all drawings, specifications, and technical documents are correctly logged, tracked, and distributed Maintain document control registers and workflows in line with project requirements Liaise with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely document submission and approval Carry out regular audits to ensure document accuracy and compliance Support the project team with reporting and administrative tasks as requiredAbout You

Proven experience as a Document Controller within the construction or property development sector Strong working knowledge of Procore (essential) Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Confident communicator, able to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders Able to manage workload across multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentWhat's on Offer
