Job DescriptionElectrical Maintenance Engineer – High-End Residential – Canary Wharf – Up to £50,000 per annum - No Call-Out

Exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in Canary Wharf. CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a static Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based on a high-end residential portfolio in Canary Wharf.

This is a single-man site position, carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a premium residential development. The successful candidate will be electrically qualified and have a strong understanding of commercial/residential building services maintenance, fault finding, and compliance. This position would suit an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £50,000 per annum, overtime opportunities, no call-out and clear routes for career progression.

Hours of Work:

\n Monday to Friday - 08:00 am - 17:00 pm \n

40 Hours Per Week \n

No Call Out \n

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

\n Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance. \n

Lighting maintenance, including small installations, fault finding and lamp changes. \n

Emergency lighting testing and compliance checks. \n

Maintaining and fault-finding on control panels. \n

Ballast and driver replacements. \n

Monitoring and interrogating BMS systems (hot & cold checks). \n

Basic mechanical and plumbing duties where required (multi-skilled support). \n

Maintenance of pumps and motors. \n

Maintaining and updating logbooks and compliance records. \n

Managing daily priorities within contract constraints. \n

Providing technical support for minor works and small projects where required. \n

Requirements:

\n City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent) \n

18th Edition Wiring Regulations \n

Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates \n

Proven track record in commercial or high-end residential maintenance \n

Multi-skilled with strong fault-finding ability \n

Good communication skills \n

Client-facing experience \n
