Executive Assistant to CEO | Technology Scale-Up | London/Hybrid


Harmonic are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a fast-growing, international business in their search for an experienced Executive Assistant on a 6 month contract basis (Outside IR35). If all goes well, there could be the possibility of extension.


The organisation is a rapidly scaling technology company who currently having recently Series B Funding, so this is a critical position. You will be supporting the Chief Executive Officer who is need of a trusted gate keeper. Helping be the main support person and being a valued member of the senior leadership team. The ability to join one of the fastest growing companies in the UK!


Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of booking domestic and international travel, including Visa applications.
  • Supporting board meetings, with preparation of presentations and providing valued input.
  • Complex diary management across a broad range of time zones.
  • Acting as a point of contact between the CEO to internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintaining confidently with access to highly confidently information.
  • Define and improve intercompany accounting structures, transaction flows, and eliminations.
  • Ensure financial reporting is completed on time
  • system reports to support financial analysis and decision-making.
  • Act as a key business partner for business critical decisions


What We Need to See (Essential)

  • Strong hands-on experience within a scaling environment.
  • Experience working as an Executive Assistant to a CEO
  • Proven experience working with the Senior Leadership Team
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Confident communicator, comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders


What we’d like to see (bonus):

  • Experience working with International Visas


Day Rate: £200–£400 per day (Outside IR35)


Contract Length: Initial 6 months


Start Date: ASAP

Location: London / Hybrid (3 days in office)
