Finance Business Partner - London (Central - 3 days a week) - Salary to £75,000 + Bonus


We are seeking a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to support our professional services client. A highly visible role, working closely with senior operational leaders to drive financial performance, support decision-making and influence strategic direction.


You will play a key role in translating financial information into meaningful insight, ensuring the business is well-positioned to achieve its growth and profitability objectives.


A bit more about the day to day....


  • Supporting strategic initiatives through financial modelling, scenario analysis and investment appraisals
  • Producing insightful management information, including month-end reporting, variance analysis and performance commentary
  • Building and enhancing data visualisation tools, including the development of automated dashboards to improve business insight
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders to challenge assumptions and support decision-making across revenue, cost and profitability
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes, reporting and data architecture
  • Providing commercial input into pricing strategies, contract negotiations and new business opportunities
  • Coaching and supporting junior team members, promoting best practice across the wider finance function


A little bit about You....


You are a qualified accountant with a strong grounding in commercial finance and business partnering within a fast-paced environment. You combine technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to influence stakeholders and add value across the organisation.


  • ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified accountant
  • Circa 3+ Years in a similar role
  • Demonstrated experience delivering high-quality financial insight to support strategic and operational decisions
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge and influence at senior levels
  • Advanced Excel capabilities, with experience in data analysis and financial modelling
  • Exposure to business intelligence tools (such as Power BI) and data transformation processes (e.g. SQL, Power Query)
  • A track record of improving reporting, processes or systems to drive efficiency and clarity
  • Commercial awareness, with an ability to identify opportunities to enhance performance
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a continuous improvement approach
