Janauary 2026 Starts\nMaintenance Engineer - Electrical / Mechanical / Multi Skilled \nLocation: West Midlands\n\nShifts available: Double Days (54K) and 3 Shift Rotation (57K)\n\nContract: 12 Months Temp-to-Perm\n------These roles are inside IR35------\n\nThe Role:\n\nWe are looking to recruit several Multi-Skilled / Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineers from a conveyor, automated, or fast-paced environment and you will be responsible for ensuring that all production and ancillary machinery, equipment, and power systems operate at maximum efficiency. You must have good electrical or mechanical skills and have prior experience working within a production maintenance capacity.\n\nKey Performance Indicators\n- Equipment reliability and performance\n- Plant Maintenance (TPM & PPM)\n\nQualifications and Experience\n- Ideally you will have experience with automotive machinery maintenance and fault diagnoses\n- Mechanical / Electrical / Pneumatics experience\n- Indentured Apprenticeship or a Minimum of an NVQ Level 3 in a relevant discipline\n- Has strong background in maintenance \n\nIdeal Skills/Knowledge\n- Electrical Bias - Must be able to electrically fault find in a safe, methodical, and timely manner\n- Mechanical Bias - Mechanical fitting and fault-finding experience\n- Can conduct electrical machinery audits\n- To monitor and ensure that manufacturing equipment does not pose any electrical risks to personal\n- To identify areas of poor equipment performance, and work in a team to implement improvements in a controlled and measurable fashion\n- Must be competent to conduct Preventative Maintenance activities to a very high standard record and relay findings and identify methods of improvement.\n\nIf this role is of interest, please apply via this advert, or send your CV to (url removed)
