National Account Manager - Hybrid 3 days/week

Key responsibilities include:


  • Maintain P&L to assist in driving profitability and awareness of profitability criteria and target.
  • Manage GM by account to continue growth via strategic price activation whilst ensuring profitability is retained.
  • Insight and understanding of competitor activity and performance. Conduct competitor pricing/new product/promotional audits
  • Develop a strong internal network with key stakeholders to ensure plans are delivered on time and in full.



Skills & Experiences:

  • You have experience in FMCG sales or buying or merchandising, beauty, or account management Boots/Sephora/John Lewis/Cult Beauty/Selfridges
  • You possess strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency.
  • You're a proactive self-starter with a keen attention to detail.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working across teams.
  • You’re passionate about the beauty wellbeing industry.
  • You forecast accurately and have a strong attention to detail, as well as finely tuned human sensitivity – you are great at reading people and situations
