Senior Reward Analyst – London

£55,000–£65,000 + benefits


The Opportunity

Catalyst Partners is partnering with a, multinational organisation to appoint a Senior Reward Analyst within its Group Reward function, based in London.


This is a pivotal hire within a centralised reward team supporting a complex, international business. The role combines operational delivery with analytical depth, offering exposure to senior leadership remuneration, global benchmarking, regulatory reporting, and reward governance.


The Senior Reward Analyst will work closely with reward colleagues and regional HR teams to ensure compensation frameworks remain competitive, equitable, and aligned to business performance. The position offers genuine breadth, visibility, and the opportunity to contribute to strategic reward initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate reward activities across the senior leadership lifecycle, including new joiners, promotions, internal moves, and exits.
  • Support the design and delivery of the annual compensation review cycle, including salary, bonus, and long-term incentive processes.
  • Provide detailed benchmarking analysis and market insight to inform remuneration decisions at senior levels.
  • Lead job evaluation and grading exercises using recognised methodologies, ensuring internal consistency and governance.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking across international markets and interpret data to support framework evolution.
  • Prepare high-quality analytics, dashboards, and reporting for senior stakeholders and governance forums.
  • Support statutory and regulatory reward disclosures, including executive pay reporting and pay gap analysis.
  • Act as a subject matter contact for HR teams on reward policies, grading structures, and salary positioning.
  • Contribute to reward-related projects, including systems enhancements and process optimisation initiatives.
  • Ensure robust data integrity and controls across reward processes and reporting outputs.


Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will bring a blend of technical reward expertise, strong analytical capability, and confident stakeholder engagement skills.


  • Experience within a multinational Reward, Compensation environment.
  • Proven involvement in annual pay review processes and variable incentive administration.
  • Exposure to senior-level or executive reward structures.
  • Knowledge of job evaluation and salary benchmarking methodologies (e.g. Mercer and/or Willis Towers Watson).
  • Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to manage and interpret complex datasets.
  • Experience supporting regulatory or statutory reporting processes would be advantageous.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities to deadline.
  • Clear and confident communicator, comfortable advising HR colleagues and senior stakeholders.
