Senior Sales Manager – Drive Growth. Lead Change. Elevate Performance.


Location: City of London (On-site)

Hours: Monday–Thursday 9am–6pm | Friday 9am–5pm | Occasional Saturday support (remote)

Salary: £50,000–£65,000 basic salary + performance bonus + commission (OTE £100,000+)

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

The Role

As Sales Director, you’ll take full ownership of the company’s multi-team sales function, overseeing overall sales performance.

You’ll bring structure, clarity, and inspiration to an already high-performing environment, leading from the front while driving commercial growth and strategic improvement.


Your focus: build a motivated, accountable, and results-driven culture that delivers exceptional customer outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate multiple sales teams to achieve and exceed performance targets.
  • Oversee all aspects of the property sales cycle, from valuation strategy to offer negotiation.
  • Drive a proactive sales culture focused on pipeline growth, conversion, and profitability.
  • Manage pricing and stock strategy, ensuring properties are positioned to sell quickly and profitable
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and client services to ensure an exceptional end-to-end customer journey.
  • Uphold high compliance standards (AML, property regulations) and manage escalated queries with professionalism.
  • Analyse performance data, prepare reports, and contribute to business-wide strategy and process improvement.


About You

You combine commercial acumen with people leadership, balancing the discipline of operations with the energy of hands-on sales.

Essential:

  • Proven experience leading high-performing sales teams in property or a similar fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of UK property sales, AML, and compliance.
  • Excellent motivational and coaching skills with the ability to inspire buy-in and change.
  • Strategic thinker who can balance short-term results with long-term vision.
  • Confident communicator with senior stakeholders and adaptable in a dynamic, evolving environment.


Desirable:

  • Experience in fast-sale, hybrid, or online property models.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Reapit, or other CRMs.
