The Role

We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Senior Business Development Executive to join a high-performing team within a leading law firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced BD professional to play a key role in driving growth, supporting strategic initiatives, and enhancing client engagement.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver impactful campaigns, support pitches, and strengthen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of targeted marketing and business development campaigns
  • Plan and deliver events including seminars, webinars, and client hospitality
  • Assist with client targeting initiatives to win new business and grow existing relationships
  • Prepare high-quality pitch documents and proposals
  • Maintain and enhance BD infrastructure, including pitch materials, credentials databases, and CRM systems
  • Support the preparation of directory and award submissions
  • Analyse and present complex information clearly to support strategic decision-making

About You

  • Previous Marketing & Business Development experience within a professional services environment
  • Strong written and numerical skills with the ability to present information clearly and concisely
  • Ability to understand, analyse, and interpret complex data and concepts
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and driven with a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A genuine interest in supporting business growth and client development
